Check-Out: 10:00

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please contact the hostel in advance via WhatsApp, phone, or email to confirm availability.

Reservation Policy

All reservations must be paid in full before or upon arrival.
Guests must present a valid identification document at check-in. Foreign guests must present a valid passport and visa, and domestic guests must present a valid national ID.
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
All guests are required to complete a guest registration form upon arrival.
Reservations may be modified depending on availability. Please note that changes to a reservation may affect the room rate and may incur cancellation fees.
Payments made by credit card will incur an additional 5% processing fee.
Rooms will be held until 22:00 on the day of arrival unless prior arrangements have been made.
Reservations that are not guaranteed with payment may be cancelled after the indicated cancellation time.
Check-out after 11:00 will be charged the full room rate for an additional night.
During High Season, all reservations are non-refundable. High Season dates are determined by hostel management.

Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the check-in date or on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
Refunds are calculated based on the total amount of the reservation.
In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be granted at the discretion of hostel management.

No-Show Policy

For single-night reservations, if the guest does not arrive by 20:00 on the check-in day without prior notice, the full reservation amount will be charged and no refund will be provided.
For multi-night reservations, if the guest does not arrive on the first night without prior notice, the first night will be charged in full as a No-Show fee and the remaining nights may be released for other guests.
